Harnessing the Mental Power of the Peaceful Martial Art of Aikido

Powerful communication is both an attitude and a goal.

I believe in the power of clear and constructive communication.

And in the possibility of treating each other with respect – even in challenging situations.

Who I am

I am a coach, trainer, speaker and author.

Since 2002, I have been supporting people in communicating clearly, presenting themselves confidently and resolving conflicts constructively.

Why I do what I do

I know what it feels like to be insecure or helpless in difficult situations.

And I know how much can change when we learn how to deal with these moments differently.

My journey

Growing up in different cultures, I learned early on how to shift perspectives and connect people.

Since 2002, I have actively practised the Japanese art of peace, Aikido, and hold the rank of 3rd Dan. The principles of Aikido continue to shape both my work and my life to this day.

What defines my work

  • a strong sensitivity for people and situations
  • broad methodological and professional expertise
  • practical and applicable approaches
  • enthusiasm and genuine motivation
  • many years of experience since 2002

My goal

To support people in communicating more clearly, appearing more confidently and acting more consciously.

Strengthening strengths. Unlocking potential. Expanding boundaries. Achieving goals.

My expertise – solid & diverse

I bring a wide range of methods and professional knowledge to my work.

I work with a broad variety of people and organizations – from DAX-listed corporations to SMEs, professionals and executives, private clients, and self-employed individuals.
Always with one goal: to strengthen and empower them for long-term development.
